Join us for a conversation about proofreading cookbooks led by Merel Elsinga.  

Merel Elsinga is a plain language editor, proofreader, indexer, and writer with a background in law and a lingering passion for sailing and cooking. In her presentation, “Cookbook Editing from a Proofreader’s Perspective,” Merel will share her tips and resources for editors looking to expand into editing or proofreading cookbooks.
