Our February meeting offers a chance to learn more about how Editors BC works. Come out and meet the current BC branch executive as they explain the inner workings of Editors Canada’s westernmost branch. Find out how the branch is run and decisions are made. Get a preview of some exciting initiatives and programming and share your ideas. Learn how to maximize the benefits of membership and reap the rewards of being involved.

With May branch elections just around the corner, a number of executive roles will soon be available, so don’t miss this opportunity to hear your executive members talk about their positions and what being a part of the executive has meant to them, both personally and professionally. A strong spirit of volunteerism keeps our branch vibrant and active, and benefits all Editors BC members. There are executive and committee roles to interest everyone who would like to get involved.

Be sure to bring your questions along and get ready to share a casual, relaxed evening with fellow BC editors.

BONUS! Enter the draw at the meeting for a hard copy of Meeting Professional Editorial Standards.
