The Vancouver 2016 conference committee is hard at work planning the June 2016 national conference. Our goal? To welcome as many editors as possible from across Canada and the United States to the beautiful West Coast of British Columbia.

You can help! If you live in Vancouver or the surrounding Lower Mainland, consider opening your home to a guest. You’ll help trim travel costs for a colleague and make a new editing friend.

You don’t have to live right in Vancouver to be a Beds for Eds host. You just need to have convenient access to public transit or be willing to drive to the conference. Send us your details (location, smoking policy, any pets, whether your home is easily accessible). We’ll do our best to match you with a suitable guest.

If you’re not up to hosting but want to avoid travelling to and from the conference site each day, let us know. We’re also matching editors who wish to share a downtown hotel room.
