The sign says they’re “always hiring.” They should hire a proofreader!

“Always” is an adverb of frequency. These guys are not used with the progressive verb tense. Madame proofreader would revise the sign to either “Hiring today/ this week/ this year” or “We always hire on Saturdays/weekdays/your birthday”.
